High quality upheld as always. Situated across the street from the Grand Egyptian museum and the pyramids which makes for a perfect location. The only downside in our last visit was the internet speed and that's fixed now so no negatives at all I must say. Shout out to the kind receptionist for upgrading our room on check-in and being gracious to allow us a late check-out too.

Staff were good and friendly and would help in every way. Nice food on the rooftop and the breakfast was satisfactory for the stay.Checking out with Tara was easy and over all it was a nice stay and would use again.

Very friendly staff and always very helpful. Definitely the staff at the rooftopbar/-restaurant. A good breakfast with choice between continental/country side/Egyptian breakfast. Definitely try all once (depending on how long you stay) The dinner service was also pretty good at a good price rate. Priceless view on the pyramids.The swimming pool was heated! Very rarely seen and a huge +!You need to ask to clean the room but it's done properly.The rooms are spacious and pretty modern.

airport pickup, driver was very nice. The staff was attentive and fulfilled any requests. The views very amazing both from the balcony and the restaurant which was open 24 hours. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of options.

You can see the pyramids right in front of you from the rooftop. It's really great to see three pyramids through day and night.Staffs are super kind and friendly.
